At Fingal House, we offer flexible pricing based on the time of year and length of stay. Our luxury homestead in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula provides exceptional value for group stays, midweek escapes, and extended getaways.

All rates are quoted in AUD (per night) and based on exclusive use of the entire property, which accommodates up to 24 guests (maximum 16 adults).

Payment Schedule:
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Damage deposit:
A pre-authorization of $1,500 AUD is taken 1 day before arrival and released 5 days after check-in, provided no damage is reported.
